Contact enquiries
If you get in touch by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through the contact form on this website, I collect your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. I use this only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange appointments.
Physiotherapy records
When I provide physiotherapy treatment, I collect clinical information relevant to your care: your health history, assessment findings, treatment notes, and any outcome measures recorded during sessions. This information is used solely to deliver safe and effective physiotherapy to you.
How long I keep your information
Contact details are kept only for as long as needed to manage your appointment or enquiry. Clinical records are retained in line with professional guidance from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, which recommends a minimum of eight years for adult records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- See a copy of the information I hold about you
- Ask me to correct anything that is inaccurate
- Ask me to delete your information where I no longer have a legitimate reason to keep it
- Object to how I use your information
